We consider this responsibility throughout the homebuilding process, from environmental reviews during site selection through the completion of our homes, including the incorporation of energy-efficient features and other measures that support responsible homebuilding.
Environmental, human capital and related risk management topics are a focus of D.R. Horton’s management team and Board of Directors. Our approach to sustainability reflects a commitment to responsible business practices, a strong workplace culture, environmental stewardship and transparency. Key areas of focus include workforce health and safety, human capital management, energy efficiency, responsible procurement, business ethics, cybersecurity and climate-related risks and opportunities.
We are committed to publishing consistent, relevant sustainability information annually and continue to refine our data collection and reporting capabilities to enhance the quality and transparency of our disclosures.
