FORT WORTH, Texas, Dec. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- D.R. Horton, Inc.,
America's Builder, (NYSE: DHI) Monday (December 19, 2005) announced that it
has entered into a five-year, $2.15 billion revolving credit facility with a
$1 billion letter of credit sub-facility. The facility has an uncommitted
$750 million accordion feature which could increase the facility to
$2.9 billion. The five-year facility replaces the Company's existing
$1.21 billion credit facility.
The new facility was arranged by Wachovia Securities, RBS Securities
Corporation and Banc of America Securities, LLC, as Joint Lead Arrangers and
Joint Bookrunners. Wachovia Bank, NA is Administrative Agent; The Royal Bank
of Scotland PLC and Bank of America, N.A. are Co-Syndication Agents; and
Calyon New York Branch, JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., BNP Paribas, Citicorp,
N.A., UBS Loan Finance LLC, and The Bank of Nova Scotia are Co-Documentation
Agents. Thirty other lenders participate in the facility.
