(NYSE:DHI), America’s Builder, announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, approximately $350 million in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2022 in an offering registered under the Company’s currently effective shelf registration statement. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.
