D.R. Horton, Inc., America's Builder, Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend, a 66 2/3% Increase

FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 12, 2006--D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE:DHI), America's Builder, the largest homebuilder in the United States, Thursday (October 12, 2006), announced that it has declared a cash dividend of fifteen cents ($0.15) per share. The current dividend represents a 66 2/3% increase over the $0.09 per share quarterly cash dividend declared in the same quarter of last year. The current dividend is payable on November 1, 2006 to stockholders of record on October 23, 2006.
