America's Builder, (NYSE: DHI) Monday (July 25, 2005) announced that it has
declared a cash dividend of nine cents ($0.09) per share. The current
dividend represents a 50% increase over the $0.06 per share quarterly cash
dividend declared in the same quarter of last year, as adjusted for the four-
for-three stock split of March 16, 2005. The dividend is payable on
August 19, 2005 to stockholders of record on August 5, 2005.
