(NYSE: DHI) Thursday (October 9, 2003) announced that it has declared a cash
dividend of seven cents ($0.07) per share, which is a 17% increase over the
quarterly cash dividend declared in the same quarter of last year. The
current dividend is payable on October 31, 2003 to stockholders of record on
October 20, 2003.
